    At Be and Become Therapy Solutions, we believe strong early environments lay the foundation for thriving children. Our Growing Together Program Partnership is designed for daycare centers that want to proactively support development, empower staff, and enhance the experience for children and families.

    What we provide:

    • Monthly Consultation: A dedicated pediatric specialist visits your site (or connects virtually) to review classroom systems, observe interactions, and collaborate with your team.

    • Child Screenings: We screen a select group of children to monitor fine/gross motor skills, sensory regulation, self-care readiness, communication, participation in daily routines and more. We provide a summary report your center can share with families or use internally.

    • Staff Training & Coaching: We deliver a training for your caregivers and/or educators, focusing on neurodevelopmental foundations, sensory-friendly spaces, and embedding therapeutic strategies into the daily schedule.

    • Resource Packet: You’ll receive tailored materials—checklists, classroom layout suggestions, sensory break ideas, and home-to-center bridge strategies to share with families.

    • On-Demand Support: Through secure messaging, your staff can ask questions, share video snippets of classroom challenges, and receive evidence-based coaching between visits.
